Authenticated device wipe via unchecked token ownership

Authorization bypass in Nextcloud Server before 17.0.5 and 18.0.0 through 18.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to wipe other users' devices. The POST /settings/personal/authtokens/wipe/{id} handler accepted an attacker-chosen token identifier without verifying that the token belonged to the logged-in user. Any ordinary account could mark another user's client token for remote wipe, causing a compliant connected client to erase its locally synchronized account data.
