DLL search-path hijacking in Ubiquiti UniFi Video Controller 3.10.2 and earlier allows local users to execute code as SYSTEM. The Windows controller leaves the .tsExport location and DLL search behavior unsafe, enabling arbitrary file deletion and loading an attacker-controlled library. Exploitation requires local access and user interaction and results in arbitrary file deletion or attacker-controlled code execution with SYSTEM privileges.
