Internal network access via unsanitized oEmbed URLs

SSRF in Ghost before 3.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to make server-side requests to internal and external systems. The oEmbed endpoint passes URLs extracted by getOembedUrlFromHTML to its fetch path without adequately validating untrusted destinations. A low-privileged account is required; successful use can scan internal ports or read oEmbed content from services reachable by the host.
