Command execution via pipe-prefixed FileList filenames

OS command injection in Ruby Rake before 12.3.3 allows local users to execute arbitrary commands through crafted FileList filenames. Rake::FileList#egrep passes each filename to Kernel.open, which treats a leading pipe as a command and executes it instead of opening a file. Exploitation requires local high-privilege control of a processed filename, and commands run with the privileges of the Rake process.
