Privilege escalation via uucp-writable executable paths

Incorrect default permissions in hylafax+ on openSUSE Leap 15.1, Leap 15.2, and Factory allow local users controlling uucp to escalate. The package leaves /etc/hylafax/faxmail/application and paths under /var/spool/hylafax writable by uucp, permitting executable replacement before another user invokes a HylaFAX binary. Control of uucp is required, and code then runs with the privileges of the user who calls the replaced executable, often root.
