Improper ACL handling in CA Unified Infrastructure Management 9.20 and below allows remote attackers to execute commands, read, or write data via robot requests. The robot (controller) component fails to enforce access controls on requests that reach command and file operations, permitting unauthorized actions. No authentication is required, so an exposed robot service can provide remote control and data access; the advisory does not report limits beyond those operations.
