Unauthenticated account access via unlimited login attempts

Improper restriction of authentication attempts in Dolibarr 10.0.6 allows remote attackers to brute-force accounts through its login page. The htdocs/index.php?mainmenu=home endpoint accepts repeated failed credential submissions without a rate limit or account lockout. No prior authentication is required, and successful password guessing grants the access assigned to the compromised account.
