Password change and privilege escalation via CSRF

phpIPAM 1.4 CSRF allows remote attackers to change any user or administrator password and escalate privileges via a crafted request. The tools/pass-change/result.php handler accepts password changes without requiring the old password and without validating a security token. A logged-in browser user must be induced to submit the request; successful changes grant access to the victim account and its authorized data and functions.
