MITM root code execution via skipped package checksums

Checksum bypass in OpenWrt 18.06.0 through 18.06.6 and 19.07.0 and LEDE 17.01.0 through 17.01.7 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to run code. In opkg's package-list parser, a whitespace-skipping branch fails to advance the checksum string pointer, so hexadecimal decoding returns a zero-length SHA-256 value and downloaded .ipk files bypass integrity verification. Exploitation requires an attacker to serve a valid signed index and a forged package of the indexed size while opkg install runs; because opkg runs as root, the payload executes with root privileges.
