Customer data disclosure via unchecked checkout attachment
Published Jan 24, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Missing authentication in Mirumee Saleor 2.x before 2.9.1 allows remote attackers to disclose customer data through GraphQL. The checkoutCustomerAttach mutation accepts a supplied customer ID without authenticating the caller or confirming that the ID belongs to the current user, then returns the attached user object. No account is required; enumerating integer user IDs exposes names, addresses, order histories, and stored payment metadata.
