Arbitrary file disclosure via nmap input list

Missing authentication in OpServices OpMon 9.3.2 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through the network interface. A reachable request passes an attacker-controlled file path to nmap's -iL input-list option, causing nmap to open the named server-side file and return its contents. Exploitation requires no account or user interaction and is limited to files readable by the process running the nmap-backed function.
