Unrestricted file upload in Artica Pandora FMS 7.42 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through File Manager. File Manager accepts a PHP file into an attacker-created or existing web-accessible directory while revealing the stored filename and exact path. Administrator access is required, and requesting the known path executes the uploaded PHP code in the application context.
