Authenticated IP restriction bypass via omitted role state

Incorrect authorization in MongoDB Server allows remote authenticated users to bypass configured per-user IP restrictions. RoleGraph::getBSONForRole omits authenticationRestrictions when serializing role state to BSON during a role update, causing the restrictions to be discarded. This requires valid credentials and an administrator updating the restricted role, after which the account connects from disallowed source addresses.
