Buffer overflow in HelpU remote-control components through 2020.11.20.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The agent program fails to sanitize input exchanged with the customer process, but the receiving routine and buffer operation are undisclosed. Access to an authenticated remote-support session is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-chosen commands on the customer endpoint.
