Authenticated command execution via crafted logout cookie

Command injection in EFM Networks ipTIME C200 1.0.12 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary OS commands via a crafted cookie. The /login.cgi?logout=1 handler passes an attacker-controlled cookie value into an operating-system command without neutralizing command syntax. Access must originate from an adjacent network and use a valid low-privilege session; successful injection grants control over camera data and service operation.
