Command execution via unquoted scale option

Command injection in spritesheet-js allows attackers to execute shell commands through a crafted scale option passed to its main API. In lib/generator.js, trimImages concatenates options.scale without quoting or validation into an ImageMagick convert command passed to platform-command.exec. Exploitation requires control of the scale option with trimming enabled, and injected commands run with the privileges of the Node.js process.
