Authenticated file reads via unnormalized request paths

Path traversal in Snyk Broker before 4.73.0 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files through crafted request paths. The request filter in lib/filters/index.js matched allowlisted routes without first rejecting URLs whose normalized paths differed. Access to the Broker's internal network and high privileges is required, and exploitation exposes files readable by the Broker process without changing data or interrupting service.
