Object prototype modification via recursive configuration merge

Prototype pollution in Ideame paypal-adaptive 0.4.2 and earlier allows attackers to modify Object.prototype via crafted configuration data. The recursive merge function enumerates configuration properties, follows proto into defaultConfig, and assigns attacker-controlled nested values to Object.prototype. A consuming application must pass attacker-controlled configuration data to the PayPal constructor; effects remain in the Node.js process and depend on available prototype gadgets.
