OS command injection in Nodef heroku-addonpool 0.1.15 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted app name. The HerokuAddonPool constructor accepts its app argument without validation, allowing shell metacharacters to reach the command-execution path when setup() runs. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled data as app and invoke setup(); commands run with the host process privileges.
