Arbitrary command execution via unsanitized binary option

OS command injection in node-mpv 1.4.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through the constructor options object. The findIPCCommand function embeds options.binary in an mpv --version shell command passed to child_process.exec without neutralizing shell metacharacters. A consuming application must instantiate the wrapper with an attacker-influenced binary value; injected commands run with the application's process privileges.
