Arbitrary command execution via unescaped grep configuration

OS command injection in karma-mojo 1.0.1 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted config argument. The grep function concatenates config.grep and config.grepDir into an egrep command passed to child_process.exec without escaping or validation. Exploitation requires control over the Karma mojo configuration, and injected commands run with the privileges of the test process.
