Rejected command injection report from package misidentification

The command-injection report for Khalid Rehioui Effect through 1.0.4 was rejected after the affected package was misidentified. The cited helper.js in Javascipt/effect concatenates image, level, size, and destination options into an ImageMagick convert command passed to child_process.exec without shell escaping. GitHub determined that this repository does not correspond to the npm effect package covered by the advisory, and the issuing CNA deemed the report not a vulnerability.
