Object prototype modification via unchecked handler keys

Prototype pollution in Diego Haz Querymen before 2.1.4 allows remote attackers to modify Object prototype properties via handler inputs. The exported handler(type, name, fn) function assigns fn to handlers[type][name] without rejecting constructor or proto, allowing chosen keys to reach Object.prototype. Reachability requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled values into this API; exploitation changes inherited properties in the Node.js process, with application-specific integrity effects.
