Plugin artifact overwrite via logged upload URL

Sensitive-information logging before 0.11.0 allows attackers to obtain a reusable AWS upload URL from Plugin Publish Plugin builds. At --info or --debug, the Gradle Logger records the one-hour pre-signed S3 URL that the plugin receives for artifact upload. Access to that build log during the validity window permits an attacker to overwrite recently uploaded plugin artifacts.
