Unauthenticated file-transfer access via fixed credentials

Hard-coded credentials in Schneider Electric Unity Loader and OS Loader all versions allow remote attackers to access Modicon PLC file transfers. The loaders embed fixed credentials intended to simplify file transfer, and the PLC service accepts them instead of deployment-specific credentials. No authentication or user interaction is required, but Schneider Electric has not specified the operations available after service access.
