Packet injection via truncated USB transfer lengths

Packet injection in affected FreeBSD 11.3-RELEASE through 12.2-STABLE builds allows remote attackers to bypass VLAN boundaries. The ure(4) driver programs some Realtek USB Ethernet interfaces so transfers longer than 2048 bytes are reported as only 2048 bytes, then parses the remaining payload as another packet. Exposure requires an affected Realtek USB interface and a large frame; injected packets can spoof other hosts, without reported disclosure or service interruption.
