Local code execution via unquoted uninstall path

Unquoted search paths in the McAfee Endpoint Security for Windows uninstaller before the 10.7.0 April 2020 Update allow local users to execute code. The uninstaller invokes an executable through an unquoted path, allowing a crafted executable in a parent path to be selected instead of the intended binary. A low-privileged local user must place the crafted file and trigger or induce uninstallation; successful interception runs code in the uninstaller's security context.
