Service crash via crafted double serialization

Stack-based buffer overflow in libubox in OpenWrt before 18.06.7 and 19.x before 19.07.1 allows remote attackers to crash rpcd. The blobmsg_format_json function formats an attacker-controlled double into a fixed stack output array without bounding the formatted value to that array. The input must reach a component that calls this serializer; OpenWrt demonstrated an rpcd crash, and no confidentiality or integrity effects are reported.
