Authenticated code execution via profile-photo path traversal

Path traversal in qdPM 9.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP code through the profile photo feature. The myAccount update handler trusts users[photo_preview] during photo removal, allowing ../.htaccess deletion before a PHP profile image is uploaded. Any authenticated account can place a web shell in the web-accessible uploads/users directory and run commands with the web server's privileges.
