DOM-based XSS in Chatbot with IBM Watson before 0.8.21 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via crafted chat messages. The client-side chat renderer places chat message content into the page DOM without neutralizing executable markup. The payload runs when a visitor displays the crafted message, allowing access to page data and actions in the affected site's context.
