HTTP request smuggling in Netty 4.1.43.Final allows remote attackers to alter HTTP request routing via malformed headers. HttpObjectDecoder accepts a whitespace-prefixed Transfer-Encoding line and a later Content-Length field without rejecting their ambiguous framing. Exploitation requires an intermediary that parses the crafted request differently, enabling unauthenticated request desynchronization and response misassociation.
