Unauthenticated credential disclosure via WebSocket endpoint
Published Jan 19, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Information disclosure in Evoko Home 1.31 through 1.37 allows remote attackers to obtain usernames and password hashes via WebSocket. The SockJS endpoint at /sockjs/224/uf1psgff/websocket returns account data to a request without requiring authentication. Network reachability to that endpoint is sufficient; exposure is limited to account data, with no reported write access or service interruption.
