Persistent remote access via unreleased dynamic secrets

Improper secret revocation in HashiCorp Vault Enterprise 0.11.0 through 1.3.1 allows attackers to retain remote-system access. The namespace deletion process skips revoking dynamic secrets for mounts whose API paths sort alphabetically after sys, leaving their leases active in remote systems. Exposure requires Enterprise namespaces, such a mount, an issued dynamic secret, and namespace deletion; the surviving credential remains usable past the expected revocation event.
