Buffer overflow in ClearPass OnGuard in HPE Aruba Networking ClearPass Policy Manager allows local users to execute arbitrary code. The vendor advisory does not identify the affected binary, input, or unchecked copy operation that causes the overflow. Exploitation requires an authenticated local session, and code runs within the binary's lower-privileged account context.
