Cluster administrator takeover via authentication state flaw

Authentication bypass in HPE ClearPass Policy Manager before 6.7.13 or 6.8.4 allows remote attackers to modify cluster databases. A defect in authentication state management accepts crafted HTTP requests without valid authentication and permits database changes. Network access to any ClearPass web interface, including the guest interface, is sufficient to gain full administrative privileges over the cluster.
