Service interruption via oversized channel-buffer allocation

Uncontrolled memory allocation in communication servers in CODESYS V3 products before 3.5.15.30 allows remote attackers to interrupt services. The channel server accepts extreme MaxChannels and BufferSize values whose signed multiplication drives an oversized SysMemAllocData heap request. The published PoC obtains an anonymous Gateway session before changing those settings; exhaustion leaves layer 7 services unavailable after restart.
