Local privilege escalation in GE Digital CIMPLICITY 10.0 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary code. GE Digital has not published the affected component or the operation that improperly permits systemwide CIMPLICITY configuration changes. An authenticated session with high privileges is required, and successful exploitation can alter configuration and execute code at higher privilege.
