Operating-system access via kiosk mode escape

Kiosk escape in GE Ultrasound Products allows physically proximate attackers to access the underlying operating system via crafted input. The Kiosk Mode restricted desktop accepts specially crafted local input without containing the session, permitting a breakout to the host desktop. Direct physical access to an affected device is required; the resulting operating-system access permits viewing or altering device data and can render the device unusable.
