Remote code execution via unchecked Webmin login input

Improper input validation in GE HealthCare monitoring products allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through Webmin. The bundled Webmin 1.250 interface passes unchecked failed-login text to Perl's syslog function, enabling a crafted format string to compromise the Webmin server. Affected versions span ApexPro and CARESCAPE telemetry servers, CIC and CSCS stations, and B450, B650, and B850 monitors; access requires the MC or IX network, which a properly isolated deployment confines on-site.
