FTP password disclosure via reversible hard-coded key

Weak password encryption in Neowise CarbonFTP 1.4 allows local users to recover saved FTP server passwords from project files. When a project is saved, CarbonFTP writes the password into a .CFTP file as decimal values produced by adding the constant 0x97F to hex-encoded password bytes. A local user who can read a saved project file can reverse the addition to recover its FTP credentials; no integrity or service impact is established.
