Administrator-session script execution via unfiltered key parameter
Published Jan 23, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Reflected XSS in Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus 11.0 Build 11007 allows remote authenticated users to run script in an administrator's browser. The CustomReportHandler.do geti18nkey module reflects a modified key parameter into its response without filtering, so injected HTML executes as script. Exploitation requires an administrator session and a crafted link to be opened; the script receives that session's web-origin access.
