Unauthenticated root command execution via username injection

OS command injection in D-Link DCH-M225 1.05b01 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through an HTTP request. The spotifyConnect.php addUser action passes shell metacharacters from the userName POST parameter to a root-privileged command without validation or escaping. No administrative authentication is required from the local network; exposure of port 80 to the internet enables unauthenticated root-shell access remotely.
