GPU-memory disclosure via uninitialized WebGL textures

WebGL information disclosure in Firefox before 75, Firefox ESR before 68.7, and Thunderbird before 68.7.0 allows remote attackers to read GPU memory. copyTexSubImage marks an incompletely written destination texture as initialized without first clearing untouched pixels, so later reads return prior GPU contents. Attacker-controlled WebGL content must request an out-of-bounds source region and read back the destination; disclosed data can include contents from other GPU contexts.
