Code execution via file-association argument injection

Argument injection in Mozilla Firefox before 73 and Firefox ESR before 68.5 allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted file URL. The Windows file-association command for unsupported types omits the -osint guard, so quoted URL data is parsed as Firefox command-line options. Execution requires Firefox to handle a non-default file type and a user to click a link in a third-party application that fails to sanitize the URL.
