Code execution via same-directory DLL preloading

DLL search-order hijacking in Bosch IP Helper 1.00.0008 and earlier allows local users to execute code when the application starts. At startup, the portable executable loads a DLL from its application directory without ensuring that the library is trusted. An attacker must induce a victim to place a malicious DLL beside the executable and launch it; the DLL then runs with the victim's privileges.
