CVE-2020-6768Network attack vector

Unauthenticated file read via NoTouch path traversal

Published Feb 7, 2020 · Updated Sep 17, 2024

Path traversal in Bosch BVMS NoTouch deployment through 10.0.0.1225 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary Central Server files. The BVMS service fails to constrain a NoTouch deployment file request to an authorized directory, exposing files across the server filesystem. No authentication, local shell access, or user interaction is required, and internet exploitation is possible under specific circumstances.
