Arbitrary file reads via FileTransferService path traversal

Path traversal in Bosch BVMS and BVMS Viewer through 10.0.0.1225 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary Central Server files. The FileTransferService accepts file requests without confining resolved paths to the intended directory, allowing requests to reach the server filesystem. Any BVMS account is sufficient, no user interaction is required, and the reported impact is limited to reading files rather than modifying them or interrupting service.
