Application crash via unchecked NULL PCR pointer

NULL pointer dereference in GPAC 0.8.0 allows local users to crash the MP42TS utility by processing a crafted MP4 file. A malformed source leaves stream->program->pcr unset, and gf_m2ts_stream_process_pmt reads through that pointer without a prior NULL check. Exploitation requires a user to pass the crafted file to MP42TS, terminating that process without reported data disclosure or modification.
