Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized device name

OS command injection in Seagate Central NAS STCG2000300, STCG3000300, and STCG4000300 allows remote attackers to execute commands. The check_device_name handler inserts the POST name value into a check_netbios_name.sh command, which mv_backend_launch passes to proc_open without sanitization. Unauthenticated reachability requires the device state to equal start; otherwise the handler enforces administrator access, and successful injection runs operating-system commands.
