Heap disclosure and crash via malformed DQT marker

Out-of-bounds read in jhead 3.04 and earlier allows local users to disclose heap data or crash the process via a crafted JPEG. The process_DQT parser consumes quantization-table bytes from a JPEG DQT marker without first confirming that the marker contains the full table, so its loop reads beyond the allocated section. The user must cause the local command-line tool to inspect a malicious JPEG; the demonstrated result is a process abort, while NVD also scores potential heap-data disclosure.
